The type of commerce that allows individuals to provide feedback and reviews about products and services is social commerce. Social commerce leverages social media platforms to facilitate online buying and selling, in addition to enabling users to share opinions and experiences. This form of commerce thrives on user-generated content, allowing consumers to discuss, rate, and review various products and services, which greatly influences purchasing decisions.

In contrast, digital commerce and e-commerce primarily focus on the transaction process itself, dealing more with the selling and purchasing aspects rather than the user interaction that occurs on social platforms. Mobile commerce refers specifically to transactions that take place via mobile devices, which can occur within a broader e-commerce context but does not inherently involve feedback or community interaction. Thus, social commerce is uniquely positioned to foster communication among users about their experiences, making it the correct answer.
